Happy new year! We mean that. We hope you have a great 2019 filled with fun, smashed goals and even more of your own particular brand of awesomeness.
To celebrate having a clean new diary with not many things in it yet, and starting as we mean to go on - we've added another class to the weekly timetable. At 10am on Saturdays we're introducing a half hour metabolic booster session. It's so small and pungent, it's an espresso - but it's got a kick like a donkey. It's perfect for if you fancy a lie-in and a challenging workout - don't be deceived by the length - it's still going to be a very worthwhile workout. Expect high intensity, power-based challenges and great things are going to happen to those little legs of yours.
