At the bottom of the screen, you can see a multicoloured bar. This is used both for heartrate (if you're using this feature, which we recommend) and power. The five different coloured zones match your heartrate and power zones. Red = 90%+, Yellow = 80-89%, Green = 70-79%, Blue = 60-69% and Grey = below 60%. Regarding power, your threshold is at the top of yellow and heading into red, and you have your lesser power zones from grey to green.
Your power will be displayed on this slider as a lightning bold, and your heartrate will be displayed as a heart icon. As your power and heartrate changes, the icons will slide along the bar.
