It's not inevitable, you know; just because it's Christmas doesn't mean you're going to be heavier by 2018. And it doesn't mean you have to do the whole self-denial thing to get what you want (unless that's your bag - it takes all sorts... we're not judging.)

The #ChristmasSorted Challenge
Each day on our Facebook page, we'll be posting the day's challenge. We're breaking down Christmas Day into its components. The challenge is to burn a little bit each day - for the week before, and the days afterwards too. We'll start off easy, and each day's challenge will be a little harder than the one before.
There's only rule - you have to do EXTRA activity - your regular physicla activity doesn't count. Each day it gets a little bit harder.
And of course, of course, if there's some food or drink you need us to include - be in touch, and we'll include it. This could be a long challenge...
