Wear comfortable clothes, a t-shirt and leggings or something cool but save the baggy trousers for the 1980s! Bring a towel for your comfort (not for crying into!) and bring a water bottle. We have bottled water on sale in the studio, but let's save on plastic if we can!
Wear trainers, or cycling shoes with SPDs if you have them. Cycling shoes will enable you to get even more out of your workout, so it's a really good (cheap) investment.
